developed by three veterans in sales & marketing. The program is based on a
proven methodology using trained interviewers with an objective format. It
establishes a comfortable environment where body language can be as revealing
as the verbal answers to a customized questionnaire.

TOM HEALY
|
TOM HEALY comes to the organization
with over 25 years' experience directing sales teams wherein he developed and
implemented a variety of sales management disciplines. For United Airlines and
a leading travel management company he built customer feedback processes based
on Win-Loss Analysis. These efforts formed the basis for programs offered by
thirdpartyinsight.

PHIL KARSH
|
PHIL KARSH was one of the original
founders of Karsh & Hagan Communications, established in 1977. He left as
chairman of the advertising agency when it was sold in 1997. He helped
establish K&H as one of the largest agencies in Denver and was recognized
for his skills in management and client strategic planning. His professional
activities included leadership roles in local chapters of the American
Association of Advertising Agencies, the American Advertising Federation, the
Worldwide Partners advertising agency network. Currently he is a board member
of National Jewish Medical and Research Center and the Denver Conventional
& Visitors Bureau.

TOM HAGAN
|
TOM HAGAN was the original founder of
Karsh & Hagan Communications and served as the Executive Creative Director.
His area of expertise is building teams of creative talent, developing
marketing plans and leading new-business efforts. Hagan has taught creative
courses in advertising at Colorado University, Boulder. He also has served on
the boards of small businesses, scholarship foundations and charitable
organizations.
